 Back 2 Back Swim Camp aims to provide a 2-day experience that will include: in the water skill work, racing techniques, drills, starts, turns and underwater kicking exercises. Outside of the pool Ryan and Jacob will share their stories from a young age and how they prepare to get to the college and international levels. This will also include more specific time on racing strategies, best practices for handling high pressure meets, nutrition and Q&A time.
